    Japanese University and Corporation Delegation Visit Our University for Cooperation Talks

    To further expand international cooperation and exchange channels, and deepen industry-education integration and talent cultivation, on the afternoon of August 12, a delegation including Wang Zaiji, Vice President of Japan’s Rissho University, Ge Feng, President of Japan’s Kyusei Corporation, Cong Zhanjiang, Principal of Yantai Fushi Foreign Language School, and Li Xueyan, Director of the school, visited our university. Yu Xiangxiang, Member of the University Party Committee and Vice President, received the visiting guests and held a symposium. Representatives from the School of International Education (Office of International Exchange) and the School of Culture and Tourism attended the meeting.  

    At the symposium, Yu Xiangxiang first extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Rissho University, Kyusei Corporation, and Yantai Fushi Foreign Language School. She emphasized that the university has always adhered to the philosophy of open education, actively engaging with international high-quality educational resources and industry needs. The university places great importance on the diversified development and international perspective cultivation of students, and establishing stable cooperation with high-quality Japanese universities and professional service institutions is an important pathway. Yu Xiangxiang stressed that cooperation must always prioritize students’ interests, ensuring the safety, standardization, and sustainability of study abroad programs. She expressed her hope to explore collaboration with Rissho University in academic exchanges, credit recognition, and joint cultivation programs. Additionally, by leveraging professional institutions like Kyusei Corporation, she aims to provide comprehensive and high-quality service support for students studying in Japan, jointly building a study abroad channel that reassures students and parents.  

    Wang Zaiji expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and introduced Rissho University’s educational characteristics and international exchange initiatives. He showed positive interest in conducting academic exchanges, joint cultivation, and faculty-student exchange programs with our university in relevant professional fields. Ge Feng highlighted Kyusei Corporation’s service system, which covers study abroad consulting, language training, admission applications, and daily life support in Japan. Ge Feng stated that Kyusei Corporation would fully leverage its role as a bridge and its service advantages,fully supporting the collaboration between Rissho University and our university. He pledged to provide professional, meticulous, and reliable full-process support for students aspiring to study in Japan, helping them achieve their study abroad dreams. Cong Zhanjiang discussed potential cooperation in areas such as pre-language training.  

    During the exchange session, the representatives engaged in practical and in-depth discussions on key topics such as the specific models of cooperation projects,professional alignment, selection criteria, language requirements, service processes, and rights protection. Project leaders from the School of International Education and the School of Culture and Tourism raised specific concerns and proposed collaboration ideas based on the university’s actual conditions and student needs. The meeting proceeded in a warm atmosphere, and both sides reached a preliminary consensus on establishing a regular communication and coordination mechanism and promptly promoting the implementation of pilot projects.  

    This visit by the delegation from Rissho University and Kyusei Corporation not only enhanced mutual trust among all parties but also outlined a clear path for the cooperation framework and service safeguards. The university will seize this opportunity to further deepen cooperation with high-quality overseas universities and reputable professional service institutions, continuously optimize the model for cultivating international talent, and pave a broader, safer, and higher-quality path for students seeking overseas education and development.
