On November 16th, the "Foodmate Cup" Agricultural and Food Products Career Planning Competition, sponsored by the National Industry-Education Integration Community of Agricultural a nd Food Products Industry, came to an end in Jinan, Shandong Province. Zhang Shuo, a student fr om the College of Grain and Oil Food in our university, performed outstandingly in the competition and won the gold medal with the first-place overall score. His supervisor was rated as an excelle nt instructor, winning honor for our university.
This competition attracted more than 100 students majoring in grain and oil food from all over the country to participate. After rounds of selections, Zhang Shuo stood out and successfully e ntered the final. In the final, with the theme of "Food Safety Ensures National Stability and People's Well-being", Zhang Shuo elaborated on his career plan in detail. His career planning proposal was well-structured and logically rigorous, demonstrating not only his solid professional knowledge but also his love for the industry and his vision for the future. During the presentation, he was confident, generous, and expressed himself fluently, winning high praise and recognition from the judges. In the Q&A session with the judges, relying on his excellent adaptability and solid professional knowledge, Zhang Shuo accurately answered the questions raised by the judges, further consolidating his leading position in the competition. Eventually, after intense competitions, Zhang Shuo won the first-place gold medal with his outstanding performance.
Zhang Shuo said that this award has strengthened his determination and confidence in developing in the agricultural and food products industry. Taking this award as an opportunity, he will continue to study and practice hard, constantly improve his professional quality and career planning ability, and contribute his strength to the development of the grain and oil food industry.
