Recently, the 2023 BRICS National Vocational Skills Competition "Industrial Internet" competition in Shandong Province was held at Dongying Vocational College of Science and Technology. The representative team composed of Meng Chao and Zhang Lei from the School of Information Engineering of our school won second place with a score of 91 and was nominated for the 2023 BRICS National Vocational Skills Competition "Industrial Internet" national competition.
This competition mainly comprehensively evaluated the comprehensive abilities of the participants from the aspects of wiring and debugging of industrial internet equipment basic units, PLC and configuration applications, industrial networks, data cloud configuration, cloud platform construction, etc.
In the future, the School of Information Engineering will take this competition as an opportunity to continue to adhere to the principle of "promoting learning through competitions, teaching through competitions, reform through competitions, and construction through competitions", build a platform for mutual learning, exchange, and cooperation among skilled talents, and contribute to the high-quality development of the school of Information and Engineering.
