Recently, the School of Culture and Tourism launched a warm-hearted activity to serve students and teachers by inviting the "Eye Care Volunteers" from Qiming Optometric Center to conduct an Eye Health Day Lecture for students.
In order to make the students develop good eye habits and enhance the awareness of eye care, the volunteers explained the knowledge of eye care to the students through lectures, from the origin of Eye Care Day, how to protect eyesight, the causes of myopia, eye care food, etc..They also advocated that students should pay attention to healthy diet, maintain correct reading and writing posture, master good eye habits, use TV, mobile phones and other electronic products reasonably, actively participate in outdoor activities and develop a healthy and civilized lifestyle.
