Recently, the 2022 Shandong Vocational College Skills Competition (senior vocational group) "CNC machine tool assembly and technical transformation" was successfully held, a total of 15 teams from Shandong province participated in the competition. After three days of fierce competition, our studentsWang Dekang and Wang Junda won the third prize.
The competition is a team competition, in which each team consists of 2 players and the competition lasts for 7 hours. This competition requires the completion of the electrical control system design and commissioning of CNC machining center, assembly of mechanical components, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, virtual simulation, machine tool accuracy testing and analysis, development and commissioning of specified functions, test cutting and processing of parts, industrial robot teaching and other tasks, covering mechanical assembly, electrical control, PMC control, CNC programming and processing, industrial robotics and other aspects of knowledge and skills.
The competition strengthened the cultivation of students' hands-on ability and innovation ability, promoted professional construction, and strongly promoted professional teaching reform.
