Recently, the “Tour Guide Service” of Shandong Vocational College skills Competition (Higher Vocational Group) was held in Qingdao Vocational and Technical College of Hotel Management. Xu Yue, the student of the School of Culture and Tourism, won the second prize.
The competition consists of five parts, including knowledge test of tour guides, on-site creation and interpretation of tour guides, interpretation of selected scenic spots, oral English test of tour guides, and talent application. In the preparation stage, the School of Culture and Tourism gave full play to the advantages of tourism management, preschool education, applied English and other professional groups, and provided all-round support for the competition.
