Recently, Shandong Provincial Education Department announced the list of the first batch of provincial planning teaching materials for Vocational Education in the 14th five-year plan. Three teaching materials including Food Safety and Quality Control Technology, Food Economy and Culture and Food Laws and Standards were successfully selected and recommended to participate in the selection of national vocational education planning textbooks in the 14th five-year plan.
A total of 315 teaching materials in shandong province were selected into the first batch of provincial planning teaching materials for Vocational Education in the 14th-five year plan. The selection of the three teaching materials is an important achievement of our teaching reform. It plays a good role in demonstrating and promoting the improvement of talent training quality.
